Disposition versions
17. The participation form must in every case be filed with the designation of one or more natural persons, the attorneys, who are authorized to act in the partnership’s or legal person’s name, with an indication of their title. The designation of one or more attorneys is made on the prescribed form.
In the case of 2 or more attorneys, the designation must specify whether the persons are authorized to act alone or jointly and, in the latter case, which of the persons must act jointly.
17.
